Quilting novices and experts alike come to the Smoky Mountains every year for the
Pigeon Forge Quiltfest. A Mountain Quiltfest draws over 20,000 visitors to
Pigeon Forge to experience classes and seminars, shop a vendor mall, and view
impressive quilting works.
There are more than 60 classes and seminars
scheduled for quilters to enjoy, taught by some of the nation’s top quilting
experts, including: Cindy Blackberg, Debbie Caffrey, Lenore Crawford, Kaye
England, Bonnie Goolsby, Klaudeen Hansen, Brenda Henning, Nancy Mahoney,
Suzanne Marshall, and Annie Smith.
A Mountain Quiltfest is produced by the City of Pigeon Forge and co-hosted by
the Piecemakers and Sevier Valley Quilters Guilds.
