Quiltfest Quilting Classes Registration Guidelines:
To register for Quiltfest classes, simply click the 'Register Now - Individual Registration' link. On the next page, complete the top section for the person you are registering Quiltfest quilting classes for as the class vouchers and supply lists will be shipped to this address.
All lectures are $15, 3-hour classes are $40, and 6-hour classes are $60. You will be charged a one-time $5 shipping and handling fee. To select a class, simply click the box on the left to select (once you click the square, a check mark will appear indicating this item is selected). Only click the box for the items you want to select. If you click on an item you no longer wish to select, simply click the box again and the 'check mark' will disappear indicating the item is no longer selected.
Continue to scroll down and make your selections by clicking on the corresponding box. Once a class is FULL, you will not be able to select the class and the class will read 'Unavailable or Full.' The Quiltfest quilting classes are listed in numerical order and broken down day by day.
The first selection is for the Opening Night Celebration. If you wish to attend, simply click the box on the left to select (once you click the square, a check mark will appear indicating this item is selected). If you do not wish to attend, do not click the box.
Continue to scroll down for the listing of Quiltfest classes.
Sewing machine rental selections are below the listing of Quiltfest quilting classes. If you plan to bring your own sewing machine do not make any selections in this section. If you desire to rent one of the machines provided by Best Sewing & Vacuum, Inc, simply choose which day(s) you would like to reserve a sewing machine. The rental fee is $10 per day and must be paid directly to Best Sewing & Vacuum, Inc. during the event and cannot be prepaid and is not included in your total. If you do choose to rent a machine, please plan to visit the Best Sewing & Vacuum, Inc. booth to become familiar with the features of their machines. You will pay the sewing machine rental fees directly to the Best Sewing & Vacuum, Inc. booth in the Smoky Mountain Convention Center. You will be given a receipt that you will take to the classroom and present to the room monitor who will then give you a sewing machine in the classroom. Handling the sewing machine rental fees is not a part of the online registration.
Once you have finished making all your selections, scroll all the way to the bottom and click the 'Submit Registration' button.
The next page will ask you for your payment information (check or Credit Card). You must provide a valid credit card number and expiration date along with a $5.00 processing fee per registration application.
The charge for Quiltfest registration fees will be listed on your credit card statement as USDM.net – Corpus Christi, TX
The next page will read "Registration Complete' at the top of the screen and it will ask you to print the statement for your records. You will also receive a statement with your class vouchers and supply lists within 2 weeks of completing your registration, so if you do not have a printer, you will still receive a statement showing the Quiltfest classes you have selected.
After your Quiltfest quilting classes registration is complete you will also receive an email indicating we have received your registration and a reminder of when to expect your class vouchers and class supply lists.
