1. Pigeon Forge Dept. Of Tourism is offering a Win A Trip For Four To PigeonForge, TN. ("Sweepstakes"). NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION ISNECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering these Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and thedecisions of Pigeon Forge whose decisions shall be final and binding.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Limit of one (1) entry per person at www.mypigeonforge.com/SPAM or via Register to Win cards provided at SPAMMOBILE locations. This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and legal residents of the contiguous United States at the time of entry. Individuals who have won a prize from www.mypigeonforge.com/SPAM or sponsor within 180 days (6 months) prior to 04/15/04 are NOT eligible. Employees of the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism and/or their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, accountants, attorneys, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives and any other person or entity associated with these Sweepstakes ("Affiliates"), their advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, siblings and grandparents) are NOT eligible. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any and all claims against Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism, www.mypigeonforge.com/SPAM , SPAM, sponsor and their affiliates for personal injury, damage or loss of any kind which may result from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of any prize.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the official online entry form at www.mypigeonforge.com/SPAM or via Register to Win cards provided at SPAMMOBILE locations. Sweepstakes begins on 04/15/04 and ends on 09/01/04. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on 09/01/04 to be eligible. No responsibility is assumed by Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism, www.mypigeonforge.com/SPAM ,SPAM, sponsor or their affiliates for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address through which the entry was submitted. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (including, without limitation, a business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses. All entries become the property of the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism and will not be returned to entrants.

4. WINNER SELECTION
Winner[s] will be selected by random drawing on, 09/08/04from all entries received during the Sweepstakes time period. Odds ofwinning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizedrawings will be conducted by an impartial representative of Pigeon ForgeDepartment Of Tourism, sponsor, or their designated agent.

5. PRIZE[S]
[One (1) Grand Prize:] Winner will receive grand prize trip package toinclude the following (trip needs to be taken by 12/15/04 - Blackoutdates include November 24 – December 1 and December 22-31 as well as all holiday weekends in 2004). Included in the trip package: 2-night stay accommodations for 4 at Ramada Limited in Pigeon Forge (one-room), 4 Dollywood tickets, 4 Country Tonite Theater tickets, $25 gift certificate to Belz Factory Outlet World, $30 Pigeon Forge restaurant certificate and prize pack for 4 to include duffle bag, t-shirt and grab bag item. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $575.00.All Travel Prizes: Subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply.Travel companion of prizewinners will be required to execute a waiver priorto the use of the prize package. All Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable. Nocash redemption or substitution, except that sponsor, in its solediscretion, reserves the right to change or replace prizes at any time withprizes of greater or comparable value. All meals, ground transportation,gratuities, service charges, and any other expenses not specified herein arethe responsibility of the winner. The value of prizes may be taxable asincome. Prizewinners are solely responsible for all applicable federal,state and local taxes that become due. For prizes valued at six hundreddollars ($600) or more, prizewinners must provide a social security numberfor 1099/income tax filing purposes prior to the awarding of the prize. Allprizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries arereceived.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism or sponsor will attempt to notifyprospective winners by telephone [and/or by email] on or about 09/09/04. If potential winners cannot be contacted within 3 days ofthe first attempted contact, or if eligibility requirements are not met, aprospective winner may be deemed ineligible, and an alternative prospectivewinner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Prizewinners may be required to complete, sign and return Affidavits of Eligibility, Waivers of Liability and Publicity Releases. Failure to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules or to claim a prize may result in disqualification of a prospective winner. In such event Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism and sponsor reserve the right to determine if and when a prize will be re-awarded and the applicable terms.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules andregulations. Entrants grant to Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism andsponsor and their affiliates the right to use and publish their proper name,city and state online and in print or any other media, in connection withthe Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for PigeonForge Department of Tourism and/or sponsor, their affiliates and theiradvertising and promotional agencies to use winners' names and likeness foradvertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unlessprohibited by law. Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism and sponsor reservethe right to disqualify any entry or entries, or any individual, they findto be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game orwebsite; to be acting in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules; orto be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent toannoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned dueto any Internet or software-related problem, including infection by computervirus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failuresor any other causes beyond the control of Pigeon Forge Department OfTourism, sponsor or their affiliates, which corrupts or affects theadministration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of theseSweepstakes, Pigeon Forge Department Of Tourism and sponsor reserve theright to disqualify any individual who causes any such problem, and tocancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Pigeon ForgeDepartment of Tourism, sponsor and their affiliates assume no responsibilityfor any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operationor transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction,unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Pigeon Forge Department OfTourism, sponsor and their affiliates are not responsible for any problem ortechnical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer onlinesystems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of anyemail or entry to be received by Pigeon Forge Department Of Tourism onaccount of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or atany website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage toentrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting fromparticipation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Pigeon Forge Department Of Tourism, sponsor and their affiliates are notresponsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lostor unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayedtransmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in theSweepstakes or damage entrant's system as a result of participation in theSweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in theSweepstakes. Pigeon Forge Department Of Tourism, sponsor and theiraffiliates also are not responsible for misdirected, lost, late, illegible,forged, destroyed, or incomplete entries, or entries not otherwise incompliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (i) any and alldisputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection withthe Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually,without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims,judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costsincurred, including costs, associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but inno event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable; and (iii) under nocircumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, andentrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to, punitive,incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages.

Each winner, by accepting a prize, agrees to release and hold harmlessPigeon Forge Department Of Tourism, sponsor and their affiliates from anyand all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, which mayresult from the receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use or misuse of such prize(including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damagesrelated to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction ofproperty, or any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to orbased on the entrant's rights of publicity or privacy, or the entrant'sclaim that he/she has somehow been defamed or portrayed in a false light).

Pigeon Forge Department Of Tourism, sponsor and their affiliates do notassume any responsibility for any schedule changes in the Sweepstakestimeline, including without limitation, scheduling conflicts, labor strikes,Acts of God, or other unforeseen events that disrupt the Sweepstakesschedule. Pigeon Forge Department Of Tourism and sponsor reserve the rightto cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes.
