Pigeon Forge Welcome Center

There are two city-operated centers whose job is to help make your stay a pleasure right from the start! There is the Welcome Center at 1950 Parkway at traffic light #0 and the Visitors' Information Center at 3107 Parkway at traffic light #5.

Pick up maps and brochures to help you decide what to see, where to go, or ask our friendly staff for advice. Our state-of-the-art Welcome Center is constructed in the original style of our local mountain architecture, including a slate roof and stone accents on the exterior. Designed to better serve our visitors, the 5,400 square-foot structure includes an open visitor area, and a theater room.
