The LeConte Event Center and the Department of Tourism are helping Winter Renewal event organizers identify Pigeon Forge lodging partners willing to offer exclusive rates to their event attendees. The event brings hundreds of middle and high school students, along with their families, from across the country.

It’s our goal to create a streamlined process, giving your property complete control of the booking. The submission procedure is as follows:

✅ Lodging properties submit their property info and promotion on the form below

✅ Event organizers will evaluate all submissions and approve or deny based on their internal criteria

✅ Approved lodging properties will be listing on Winter Renewal housing page.

✅ Event organizers will share this lodging page as part of their marketing outreach, as the only form of distribution. This page will NOT be linked on MyPigeonForge.com or LeConteCenter.com.

✅ Attendees will book directly with your property, using a unique offer code or URL offered by each lodging partner

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: June 30, 2026
