We invite you to showcase your creativity, skill, and love of quilting by entering your quilt in A Mountain Quiltfest™! Each year, quilters gather at the LeConte Event Center in Pigeon Forge to celebrate the rich art and heritage of quilting.

By submitting your quilt, you’ll become part of a treasured tradition and help create an inspiring quilt show featuring a wide variety of styles, techniques, and stories. Whether you’re a seasoned quilter or entering for the first time, we welcome you to share your work.

Before entering your quilt, please review the guidelines below. These outline the basic requirements for eligibility, categories, quilt sizes, hanging preparations, and entry deadlines.

✅ There are no fees for entering a quilt in our show

✅ The quilt must have never been entered in a previously judged category in A Mountain Quiltfest.

✅ There is no limitation to the number of quilts that can be entered by one person, or the number of quilts that can be entered into one category.

✅ Each entry MUST HAVE a separate entry form, photo, and have a label attached to the back of the quilt.

To submit your quilt, please do the following steps:

1. Complete the online form below, or you may print out the form and complete.  VIEW HERE
2. Please ensure that all fields are completed, including contact info, category, quilt information and pickup option
3. If you are submitting an online form, a PDF of the completed form will be emailed to your email address provided on the form.
4. Print the form
5. Sign and date the form
6. Follow the quilt shipping instructions  VIEW HERE

Print the PDF, sign the form, include a check if you would like your quilt critiqued if noted and following the delivery instructions you can view at the link below.
